Photography is where intuition meets craft and becomes emotion.
It is that philosophy which has enabled me to live and work in cities like Los Angeles, Paris, London and New York, where, in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Greenpoint, I call home.
Having attended an animation academy in my you, and studied filmmaking at NYU, the camera was always within reach, as was my desire to articulate images of boldness and brightness. Shooting hospitality and food, I have shot countless restaurants, bars, and hotels in both stills and motion.
But I enjoy nothing more than traveling the world with my camera and my partner, enjoying a great meal, and retiring to a beach lounger to soak up a great novel and float in the sea.
One of my first shoots in the food & beverage industry was covering the opening of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon for Eater NY, and when I was tasked to photograph the chef himself, I spat out some high-school French which somehow impressed him and his team and earned me a week-long project following Chef Robuchon around and capturing the grand opening of the restaurant.
My work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Eater, Elle Decor, Food & Wine Magazine, The Infatuation, The Michelin Guide, The New York Times and Vogue.
