The Hudson Club

It seems like The Hudson Club sits somewhere between an exclusive wooden-walled members club and a continental American staple serving comfort food. It manages to keep the sleek, Midtown-power-lunch atmosphere but its dishes pop with mouth-watering presentations and heft.

Cauldron Chicken

Cauldron Chicken was photographed for an Infatuation review which featured the pull-apart spicy chicken which is served with gloves to prevent patrons from burning their hands. For a shoebox-sized location in Greenwich Village, the space manages to serve up plenty of heat.

The US Open

As Chase was a sponsor of last year’s US Open, so too did Chase-owned The Infatuation have a hand in the event, which meant a ton of exciting and new food. As part of the Infatuation’s list of Where to Eat at The US Open, I photographed dishes from the various vendors at the “Flavors of the Open” event, some of which were household NYC names, while others were compact versions of high-profile restaurants.
